André Faria Gomes is a software architect, he works for Bluesoft in São Paulo, Brazil. He has been working with software development since 2000, and coaching agile software development since 2007. Luiz Faias Jr is a product manager and software developer, he works for Bluesoft in São Paulo, Brazil. He is the main contributor and maintainer of  Pronto, an open source software for agile software project management. He has been applying Scrum and XP since 2007.
